Q: How do I find the right product for my project?

You can use our search bar located at the top of the page to search by product name, category, or brand (e.g., Timik, Modik). You can also browse through our categories like "Electrical Enclosures" via the shop menu.

Q: Are the products listed in stock?

Yes, product availability is displayed on the product page. If an item says "In Stock," it is available for immediate dispatch.

Q: How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and click "Checkout". You will be asked to log in or provide shipping details before selecting a payment method.

Q: Can I modify my cart after adding items?

Yes, go to the "Cart" page where you can increase quantities, remove items, or clear the entire cart before proceeding to checkout.

Payment Methods

Q: What online payment methods do you accept?

We use WebXPay, a secure payment gateway in Sri Lanka. You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as EzCash and mCash.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Absolutely. All online transactions are processed through WebXPay's secure, encrypted environment. e-Cubik.lk does not store your card details on our servers.

Q: Can I pay via Bank Deposit?

Yes, select "Bank Transfer" at checkout. Please transfer the total amount to our account and send the slip to us via email or WhatsApp. Your order will be processed once funds are cleared.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Q: How are refunds processed via WebXPay?

For orders paid via WebXPay, refunds are reversed to the original payment method. This generally takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Q: How do I update my shipping address?

Log in to your account and go to the "Profile" section. You can update your shipping address and contact details there.

Q: Can I change my email address?

For security reasons, the email address used as your User ID is usually fixed. If you need to change it, please contact customer support.

Q: I forgot my password, what do I do?

Click on "Login" and then select "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
